Sales Agent / Telesales Associate / Customer Services Agent / Retentions Advisor / Call Centre Agent / Inbound and Outbound Call Handling / Telesales / Renewal Agent / Retentions Call Handler
Salary: Excellent starting basic of £23350 plus excellent bonus and no stringent targets
Location: Northampton
To Start: ASAP, subject to interview/s and referencing
Hours of work: Core hours Monday – Friday, office hours

The Role:
Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Assisting with developing and retaining sales opportunities
2. Handling inbound calls and correspondence pertaining to new business and retentions
3. Promoting the portfolio of insurance products and services
4. Cross selling opportunities and passing leads to relevant teams
5. Reacting to email lead and online enquiries to try and convert sales
6. Handle objections to retain clients looking to change or cancel services
7. Complete quotations over the phone by actively listening
8. Responding to emails and online enquiries and managing your own ring backs
9. Maintaining your administrative tasks
10. Customer services and ensuring excellence in every call
