Account Manager - Public Sector IT & Professional Services
FINANCE ASSISTANT - INSIDE IR35 - 5 MONTH CONTRACT
One of Lorien's leading Public Sector clients is looking for 2 experienced Finance Assistants to join their team initially until the 30th of September.
Candidates may be required to be on site occasionally - sites in Stirling and Glasgow/Eurocentral.
Description of Role
Mainly dealing with mailbox queries in relation to the recent billing run which issued over 10,000 invoices. Tasks will include dealing with rejected invoices, payment plan calculations, updating customer information, and investigating undelivered emails.
* Previous experience of working within a credit control environment
* Experience of working with finance systems.
* An attention to detail is also essential.
* A willingness to learn and be flexible within the role.
* Strong communication skills both internally and with our customers
* Experience of working in a busy finance department, working to deadlines and able to prioritise work.
