ABOUT YOU As our client base expands and our team grows, we are looking for a seasoned Finance Operations Manager with a proven track record in leading and developing successful teams across multiple teams across the business. What You’ll Be Doing : Finance Operations Oversight: Manage day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with company goals. Manage P&L, budgets, and costs, ensuring accurate reporting and financial accountability. Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis to support strategic decision-making. System Management & Automation: Oversee financial systems, implement automation solutions, and leverage AI tools to optimise workflows and processes. Cybersecurity & Data Protection: Ensure compliance with cybersecurity protocols to safeguard sensitive financial data and uphold industry standards. Process Optimisation: Continuously refine and develop processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and drive innovation. Hospitality Expertise: Utilise your knowledge of the hospitality industry to tailor financial solutions for clients. Software Proficiency: Leverage accounting systems like Xero and other tools to enhance daily financial operations. Change Leadership: Identify, implement, and manage new systems and tools that align with evolving business needs and industry trends. Diverse Experience: Bring insights from various industries to tackle challenges with creativity and adaptability. Software Savvy: Use your experience in automation and system development to streamline operational proficiencies Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement strategies that promote efficiency and innovation. Team Development: Share best practices and ensure coordination of activities. Manage performance, grievances, and disciplinary processes as needed. What We’re Looking For: Essential: 3-5 years in finance management or a similar role, with a focus on operations, planning, and process improvement. Accounting software experience. Familiar with automation, and cybersecurity, with hands-on experience with different accounting software’s P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and a proven ability to lead initiatives that enhance efficiency. General experience working in the hospitality industry. A structured, detail-oriented mindset, with a passion for creating and refining workflows. A “can do” attitude – enthusiastic, growth-focused, and ready to tackle new challenges head-on.
