If the answer is yes to all of the above, then Hooray may have the role for you Hooray are delighted to be supporting a long standing client to recruit for a Assistant Facilities Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis Benefits: Local Government Pension scheme Free on-site parking Tools & Equipment provider Dedicated and long standing staff team As a Assistant Facilities Manager you will: Carry out repairs to the premises on a day-to-day basis Prepare facilities for pre-arranged events and external activities Ensure business vehicles are maintained and regular checks completed Carry out emergency cleaning duties as required Deputise for the Site Manager and manage the Site & Facilities team Lock and Unlock the premises - including mornings and evenings Liaise with contractors to complete specific work Undertake regular health & safety checks ensuring accurate documentation To be successful as an Assistant Facilities Manager, you will: Hold a trade qualification (NVQ or Apprenticeship) Have experience of completing maintenance work/DIY to a high standard Have a good working knowledge of Health & Safety requirements Hold a Full Driving Licence Be proficient in the use of technology/IT Have demonstrable experience of working within a similar role In return, my client are offering an annual salary of up to £31,600 depending on experience.
