Our client is a successful and very well established Premium Home Retailer known for a range of quality furniture, homewares and interior design solutions. They are now looking for a creative and driven Social Media Creative Content Executive to join their fast-paced, enthusiastic marketing team to help them grow their social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a strong understanding of all social media (platforms Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube Tik Tok) and the ability to engage and connect with their target audience. This role is critical in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and online growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management:
Under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Manager and in collaboration with the Marketing Executive, develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms
(e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Tik Tok).
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets.
Community engagement:
Monitor social media channels for customer interactions, responding promptly to comments, messages, and mentions.
Foster an active and engaged community, encouraging user-generated content and brand loyalty.
Strategy & Campaign Execution:
Assist in developing and executing social media strategies aligned with marketing goals and brand identity.
Assisting in running social media campaigns, including paid promotions, to increase reach and engagement.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track, analyse, and report on key social media metrics to measure success and inform future strategies.
Stay informed about social media trends, algorithm changes, and new platform features.
Collaboration:
Work with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to amplify our social media presence.
Coordinate with internal teams to align social media messaging with broader marketing initiatives.
Team Support & Culture
Support other team members with marketing-related tasks and queries.
Contribute to a positive working environment and uphold the company’s mission and values.
Undertake any other adhoc duties as and when required.
Experience:
Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role and social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Tik Tok).
Portfolio of successful social media campaigns or content creation.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing or communications or similar is preferable.
Skills:
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creative storytelling.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.
Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific insights).
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) are advantageous, although not essential.
Attention to detail to ensure high quality, accurate content that is aligned with the brand.
