Incident & Problem Management Specialist Location - Paddington Salary - £market rate Work Mode - Hybrid Role - Contract We are seeking an experienced Incident & Problem Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management, with a focus on driving operational excellence and service improvement in a dynamic, multi-national environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage and enhance Incident & Problem Management processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Drive KPI improvements and service quality enhancements. Analyze trends and patterns to identify areas for continual service improvement. Collaborate effectively within a complex, multi-national organization. Work with outsourced and offshore/matrix teams (desirable). Utilize Service Management software, preferably ServiceNow, to optimize processes. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience in an Incident & Problem Management role. Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and best practices. Experience in outsourcing and managing offshore/matrix teams is an advantage.
