About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Digital Portfolio team as a Digital Content Officer. In this role, you’ll take the lead in creating and managing user-focused, accessible digital content across Trafford Council’s online platforms. Working closely with teams across the organisation, you’ll help develop strategies and maintain our public digital profile, ensuring residents and staff have the best experience when accessing services online. If you’re looking to make a difference in how people interact with digital services, this is the perfect role for you.

You’ll have experience in managing content for websites, with a strong focus on accessibility, usability, and performance. You thrive on problem-solving and translating complex information into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
