We have an exciting job share opportunity and are looking for two motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our busy, thriving Housing Needs team who are constantly finding housing solutions for all applicants and creating a community free of homelessness. The team consists of housing options and allocations/registrations.
The ideal candidate for the options team will be responsible for providing initial advice to households on a wide range of housing-related issues and coordinating a variety of administrative tasks. It is a varied role that is suited to someone committed to working with vulnerable people who are homeless and threatened with homelessness. This position is 22.2 hours per week over 3 days.
The ideal candidate for the allocations and registrations team will be responsible for providing essential administrative and customer service support. They will assist in processing and verifying housing applications, helping to ensure that social housing is allocated fairly and efficiently whilst responding to queries via phone, email, and in person.
