IQVIA is looking for an Admin Assistant / Professional Education Coordinator to work within our client’s professional education function.
This role is to support the logistical/ travel arrangements needed to train and educate surgeons on our client’s robotic medical device in line with compliance policies.
Purpose of the role
* The Professional Education Coordinator has a critical role for the UK & IRE.
* This individual has the responsibility to support the implementation of the Professional Education strategy around installing new robots into the UK market safely.
* They are responsible for the local execution of this strategy, to support the Franchise to deliver world-class Education to support in an emerging market.
* Key focus is on ensuring surgeons using our robotic-assisted surgical equipment are 100% confident to gain the best outcomes for patients in theatre.
* The successful individual will be key in developing true confidence in surgeons around the robot.
Coordinates delivery of the Professional Education programme by:
* Working with the UK medical and sales teams to plan appropriate course attendance.
* Coordinates with EMEA education team to book attendance on courses.
* Coordinates with our travel partner to book all travel for delegates.
* Works with compliance teams to raise appropriate HCC documentation.
* Coordinates annual operating budget.
* Ensures necessary tools, policies and procedures are followed to comply with all legal, regulatory and HCC policies.
* Contract management for KOL and facilities.
* Payment management for KOL and facilities.
* Support the wider MedTech Education Plans where possible.
Who are we looking for?
* Fluency with all MS packages and database systems.
* Experience of coordinating events/learning/education, marketing and/or Sales - in Medical Devices but this is not essential.
* Experience of working in a highly compliant industry.
* Strong influence management and communications skills.
* Demonstrated ability to develop internal and external networks.
