Trainer Specialist

What you’ll achieve
As a Trainer Specialist you will be part of our highly successful delivery team, utilising your skills in learning and testing of our market leading software/hardware applications for the hospital and healthcare environment.
Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will:
1. Perform initial scoping and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to assess, identify and create learning plans and solutions to meet individual and group learning aims and training requirements.
2. Assist in regular testing of new and upgraded software/hardware and training environments and make relevant adaptations to all associated training materials to support new training practices/ functionality across the department.
3. Design course exercises that provide assessment of the learning objectives.
4. Work with the Implementation Specialists, Business Change and management teams to prepare, generate and update training materials
5. Evaluate own working practices and work in with colleagues to evaluate learning solutions and advise the Training Lead of any issues or potential problems. Identify possible workable solutions.

Essential Requirements
6. Experience with Lorenzo or similar clinical administration product
7. Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Products (Office 365 products)
8. C&G CTTLS / DTTLS / 7307 / 7407 / 6502 or equivalent training qualification
9. To be responsible for developing and maintaining self knowledge, skills and professional awareness.
10. Plan and organise own diary to fulfil training duties and attend required meetings
11. Build and maintain strong links with customer staff and representatives
12. Support all other members of the team wherever necessary.
13. Respond appropriately to user support requests either face-to-face, by e-mail or telephone. Ensure that the customer is dealt with in an efficient and respectful manner.
