Talent Acquisition Partner - Finance, Technology, Procurement, Retail Support and Facilities
This is a great opportunity for those with previous experience in finance, who are looking to bring their valuable skills to a company, with fantastic development and growth potential.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assist in producing and sending weekly reports on various KPIs to stores in a timely manner
* Work collaboratively with the retail team to improve processes where possible
* Support with ad-hoc or new reporting at the request of senior stakeholders to drive retail performance
* Learn and assist with maintaining the dashboard platform that reports live KPIs to stores
* Understand and support the roll-out of automated reporting, reviewing the data is accurate
* Work with other departments in Morrisons to collate data to report on
About You

For this role, we're looking for someone who has:
* Working towards an accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
* Good verbal communication skills, ability to articulate financial data in a clear and transparent way
* Resilience and the ability to adapt in an ever changing environment
* Good excel use and understanding of macros helpful but not essential
* Proactive and able to work in a fast paced environment
* Coding/Google App Script understanding but not essential
