Please note this role is for the Bauer Media Audio Group, working across our markets and not solely for Bauer Media Audio UK What You’ll Be Doing: Innovation Leadership: Spearhead the development of cutting-edge advertising products like dynamic audio, in-game audio, and voice technologies. Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with global inventory partners and ad tech providers, ensuring successful collaboration and alignment. Product Development: Recommend and roll out innovative advertising products tailored for local markets across Europe. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between technical teams and regional markets, ensuring seamless communication and product launches. Market Insights: Monitor trends in digital advertising, identifying new opportunities and keeping Bauer Media at the forefront of innovation. Process Optimization: Develop processes to streamline inventory acquisition and management for efficiency and scalability. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Proven expertise in digital audio advertising and ad tech ecosystems (e.g., AdsWizz, Triton, Google DV360). A strong background in product development and partnership management. Experience working in a media environment, preferably within digital transformation contexts. Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to bridge diverse teams and audiences. Strategic thinking and problem-solving with a data-driven mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Fluency in English; additional European languages (e.g., Polish) are a plus.
