We are looking for an events professional to run our established central digital events programme. Working in partnership with the central marketing team, you’ll deliver a comprehensive programme of digital events, from briefing and managing guestlists to ROI analysis and follow-ups. A look into the role As Events Assistant Manager within our central marketing team, you will: Lead on delivery of firmwide event programme supporting our service lines, regions and sectors to go to market including planning, planning operational delivery including speaker briefings, reporting and debrief. Manage brand risk by bringing together events community across the firm to share best practices, identify common challenges opportunities for collaboration. Manage the events SharePoint page where all events guidance, best practice, templates and supporting documents are held. Oversee event calendar and reporting on all firmwide events. Stay on top of our event technology, recommending new features to deploy in a managed environment and facilitating access to training for all event teams. Maintain relationship with ethics team and facilitate quarterly reminders to markets and clients team on ethics process. Knowing you’re right for us Joining us as a Events Assistant Manager, the minimum criteria you’ll need is experience of delivering a digital events service. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way. Experience of working in a regulated industry would he highly beneficial. Experience of working across marketing teams to encourage collaboration and drive best practice. Experience of assisting in the evolution of digital events and marketing plans.
