Job summary We are seeking an enthusiastic band 7 Clinical Lead Physiotherapist to join the Integrated Stroke Early Supported Discharge & Community Neuro Rehabilitation Service. The Integrated Service provided both stroke rehabilitation & community neuro rehabilitation supporting service users with a variety of complex needs. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established multi-disciplinary team comprising of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Psychologists, Specialist Nurses & Neuro Rehab assistants. This role requires the successful candidate to manage a clinical caseload across the North of Cambridgeshire. The base will be Peterborough. The role involves visiting patients in their homes, wards, or community gyms. There may be times when there is a requirement to provide clinical cover elsewhere within Cambridgeshire. The role requires agile working often using virtual consultation to manage a caseload. Please note for this role you will be required to travel independently around the county meeting strict time deadlines. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have use of a vehicle.
