Our client is a busy Property Management / Investment Company based in Bognor Regis, West Sussex.
They have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Receptionist to join their small friendly busy team.
Your main duties would include;
* Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour.
* Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
* Provide general clerical support including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
* Prepare and organize documents, correspondence, and reports as needed.
* Support the administrative team with various office projects and tasks.
* Help with special projects or other tasks as assigned by management.
* Perform additional clerical or office management tasks as required.
* Serve as a primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.
* Respond to inquiries in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
You will need;
* To provide excellent customer service and handle any client or visitor issues or complaints with patience and professionalism.
* Experience working in a similar role
* Excellent IT skills
* Some knowledge of property investment / Management is desirable
* Must be self-motivated and able to work independently following the relevant training.
You will be friendly and welcoming and have excellent communication skills.
