This is a full-time position, but we would consider applications for part-time hours on a job-share basis providing all hours could be recruited to. The minimum hours for job share would be hours worked over days, and maximum hours worked over days. Please state your preferred hours on application.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated person who will provide clerical and reception duties. The post will be based between West End Medical Centre, Conway Road, Colwyn Bay, Conwy, LL LS and Abergele Road, Colwyn Bay, LL AN
The successful candidate will have a good standard of education, good communication skills, be able to work on their own initiative and be efficient and organised with their own workload. The candidate should also have keyboard skills and experience of Microsoft Office Package. The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this post.
The post holder will be required to demonstrate a professional and sensitive manner and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Main duties of the job
To provide comprehensive reception, clerical and typing support, demonstrating a courteous, professional and sensitive manner at all times. The post-holder will need to demonstrate a high degree of flexibility.
By the nature of the duties, the post holder will be required to maintain strict confidentiality and will be expected to deal with patients, relatives and visitors with courtesy and discretion.
The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this post
