Role Overview: Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of high-profile construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: ·Project Leadership: Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring smooth operations and efficient project delivery. ·Coordination: Oversee and coordinate activities across teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. ·Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. ·Monitoring & Inspections: Conduct regular site visits to review progress, ensure quality standards, and identify and address potential issues. ·Budget & Timeline Management: Develop and manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring delivery within agreed parameters. ·Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns. ·Reporting: Prepare detailed project reports, including progress, financials, and risk management updates. ·Resource Allocation: Manage the effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel to optimize project outcomes.
