We are continuing to transform the Care at Home services through an approach that brings positive and life-changing improvements to those who receive our services, focusing on helping them to achieve as much independence as they can in their own homes.
To support this, we are looking for a Team Leader for our Care at Home Team (Hamilton).
As part of the Care at Home management team, the Team Leader will play a key leadership and management role, responsible for the management and supervision of a team of staff, as well as the management, delivery, and development of services. As one of the largest services provided by the Council and the HSCP, the service plays a critical role in enabling individuals to remain at home in a way that promotes their wellbeing, dignity, privacy, respect, and personal choices.
It is essential that applicants either hold or are working towards a SSSC-recognised professional qualification in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Social Care, or Management. The successful candidate is required to maintain a registration with the Scottish Social Services Council.
