The Opportunity
Join a leading and innovative fintech company that is transforming technology in financial services. As an Angular Developer, you'll be part of a collaborative team of approximately six developers working on cutting-edge products used by some of the world's largest financial institutions - a client base that continues to expand.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for a Developer with 2 years+ experience in product development environments that has ambitions to grow into a Fullstack Developer. You'll work on exciting new product development while enhancing your technical skills across both back-end and front-end technologies.
The Role
As An Angular Developer, You Will
1. Collaborate with a team of talented developers to design, develop, and maintain innovative software solutions.
2. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
3. Work on new product development as well as enhancing and maintaining existing applications.
4. Engage in problem-solving, contributing ideas to improve products and processes.
5. Gain exposure to fullstack technologies and develop your expertise across both front-end and back-end development.
6. Collaborate in an Agile environment, focusing on delivering high-quality solutions.
The Person
Essential Skills
We are looking for Developers who are passionate problem-solvers with experience in product development that thrive in collaborative environments. While experience with the following technologies is beneficial, a willingness to learn and grow is just as important:
1. Experience with Angular (including MVC architecture).
2. Exposure to web development technologies like HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and Ajax.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
1. Some experience with C# programming.
2. Understanding of .NET Framework/ASP.NET.
3. Basic knowledge of SQL (ideally MSSQL) and database interaction.
4. Familiarity with API Development and integration (REST, JSON, XML).
5. Knowledge of WCF Services and web service integration.
6. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
7. Experience with Azure platforms and Azure DevOps.
8. Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
