We are looking for a Business Analyst who would like to help us reach our mission of ‘making lasting connections with our customers to improve their lives’.
This role is based in our Woolpit office. Once training has been completed, there may be the option to work 2 days at home, subject to agreement with line management.
This is a secondment until 31/12/25.
As the Business Analyst, your key responsibilities are:
* Planning, managing and investigating business situation analysis where there is ambiguity or complexity.
* Facilitating input from stakeholders, providing constructive challenge and enabling effective prioritisation of requirements.
* Collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to get the information required for feasibility assessments.
* Translating findings into specific activities and deliverables.
* Contributing to the selection of the approach and techniques to be used for change.
About you
* Previous experience of communicating with different departments within the business.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation.
* Ability to facilitate workshops and apply critical thinking and identify recommendations for their improvement.
* Experience in MS Office products, including Visio.
* Willingness to learn Project Management methodologies.
