We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”.
This role is based in our Woolpit office. Once training has been completed, there may be the option to work 2 days at home, subject to agreement with line management.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse business requirements, identifying recommendations and engaging with stakeholders to prioritise actions needed.
* Manage the investigative work to enable feasibility assessments.
* Actively engage in and facilitate open communication with stakeholders, disseminating technical information as required.
* Manage the execution of business process improvements, providing advice and guidance to support the changes.
* Work with sponsors, users and project teams to develop change management approaches and plans.
About You
* Proven track record within a Business Analyst role.
* Previous experience of working within a project environment to elicit and document business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and concise documentation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation.
* Ability to facilitate workshops and apply critical thinking utilising analysis tools and techniques to assess processes and identify recommendations for their improvement.
* Extensive experience and proficiency in MS Office Suite including Visio or any relevant Modelling tools i.e. BPMN or UML.
* Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
