Located just 2 miles from Edinburgh Airport and only 15 minutes from the city centre- we are all about giving a streamlined premium experience with rooms that work for our guest needs Working at Delta by Marriott means you are joining an experienced, knowledgeable and driven team The Role : Events Executive Hours : Full-Time Monday- Friday Location : 111 Glasgow Road, Edinburgh Responsibilities: Assign lead calls or emails to Sales Executives based on line rotation Create spreadsheets to organise information related to Sales and Marketing activities Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software involved in the sales process Contact appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve guest calls and requests Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally Use sales techniques that maximise revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott, including up-selling Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours and answer questions about property facilities/services.
