Finance Systems Manager / Lead Systems Accountant

Salary: Up to £80k per year

Location: East Midlands (2 days on-site)

Role Overview:My client are seeking a Finance Systems Manager / Lead Systems Accountant to spearhead the development of their core financial system and integrate it into a new ERP solution.

Key Responsibilities:

* Enhance and streamline workflows within the Hyperion system.
* Improve Hyperion's reporting functionality to support the Better Data Project.
* Conduct regular data cleansing for better auditing and archiving.
* Develop online financial reporting and support for HQ, budget holders, and sites.
* Lead and build a more efficient month-end process for Head Office and site finance teams.
* Develop efficient general IT/Finance processes.
* Create process documents for all finance systems and provide regular training/workshops.
* Serve as the first point of contact for finance systems.
* Collaborate with Global Process Owners on the Fusion project to standardise financial data structures, Chart of Accounts, and reporting hierarchies.
* Understand and improve the Hyperion structure and configuration.
* Resolve issues related to the mapping and input from site local finance systems to Hyperion.
* Support ad hoc requests related to financial systems within Group Finance.
