As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment team by managing the hiring process efficiently. You will be responsible for coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment systems, liaising with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will also assist in organising assessment centres and recruitment events to attract top talent.
What we're looking for
📈 Experience:
* Previous experience in recruitment administration—either in-house or within an agency
* Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) or HR software (desirable)

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What you'll be doing
✅ Assisting with direct sourcing and screening where required
✅ Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding
✅ Scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates, hiring managers, and external agencies
✅ Managing recruitment administration, including offer letters, contracts, and compliance checks
✅ Maintaining accurate candidate records and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS)
✅ Coordinating and supporting assessment centres, careers fairs, and recruitment events
✅ Providing administrative support for recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives
