The ideal applicant must be comfortable dealing with the public and have good customer and communication skills. Attention to detail and computer literacy are an integral part of the position. As the first point of contact with our firm, we are looking for an organised and dependable individual with good telephone and communication skills. Reception duties include answering the telephone, dealing with enquiries, distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, indexing of Wills and Title deeds, closing files and other general office duties. Property Assistant duties include assisting the Property Manager in all aspects of the Estate Agency which primarily involve managing Social Media Portals, arranging viewings for prospective buyers, establishing feedback for clients, input and update of the Company Website, generating Virtual Tours for property marketing and assisting with incoming and outgoing emails. The secretarial duties typing for the Partners of the firm, initially covering maternity leave commencing in June, and thereafter holiday cover. Experience of audio typing would be an advantage. Salary commensurate with experience and responsibilities undertaken.
