Parkinson Lee Executive Search is currently working with a global manufacturing group in the appointment of a Managing Director, reporting directly to the Board.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in manufacturing operations and the ability to drive EBITDA growth, while implementing a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
The Job Description includes:
* Defining and executing a clear, forward-thinking strategy to achieve growth targets, with a strong focus on improving EBITDA.
* Galvanising and inspiring the workforce, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
* Leading and optimising all aspects of production operations, emphasising improvements in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), productivity, and quality.
* Working closely with the Commercial Director to drive profitable sales growth, ensuring customer-centric solutions and instilling commercial awareness across teams.
* Developing and mentoring key leaders and management within the business, enhancing commercial behaviours and operational management capabilities.
* Being a highly present and accessible leader, engaging directly with production teams to understand and drive operational improvements on the shop floor.
