Sales Administrator (Bespoke Lighting/Decorations)
Location: Cwmbran
Salary: £25,000- £30,000 + Benefits
Are you a sales administrator with experience in a similar role? Do you want to join a growing manufacturer of bespoke hand-crafted innovative lighting and decoration business?
On offer is the chance to work for a long-established bespoke decoration and lighting company that is a market leader in its field. Having been established over 40 years ago, the company has gone from strength to strength.
Responsibilities:
1. Providing administrative support to the sales team.
2. Managing orders and deliveries.
3. Tracking inventory levels.
4. Assisting with customer support inquiries and issues.
5. Keeping track of customer records.
6. Liaising with external suppliers.
7. Maintaining the company's operating system with regards to product maintenance and customer details.
Working Hours:
8:30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 4:30pm finish Friday.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Experience in a similar role.
2. Good phone and communication skills.
3. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
4. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
5. Excellent all-round office administrative skills.
