The house of Willow Alexander is utilising Ai in redefining how households manage their time, space, and energy.
We are now seeking a strategic and commercially sharp Sales & Operational Planning Manager to join our core team as we scale. This role will sit at the heart of our operations and innovation functions, shaping how we grow and optimise services across London and beyond.
The Role
As Sales & Operational Planning Manager, you’ll take ownership of aligning sales performance with operational capability—working closely with the Marketing and Innovation teams to bring our services to new markets, optimise our van schedules, and ensure we’re always selling where we can serve best.
You'll be responsible for mapping and refining our multi-van network, designing area-specific sales strategies, and helping to launch new service models that scale. This is a high-impact role designed for someone who sees the big picture and the operational puzzle pieces that make it work.
Key Responsibilities
* Route & Territory Optimisation - Own the optimisation of our van networks and service routes to maximise revenue per van, reduce drive time, and increase visit efficiency. Identify and double down on high-density service areas.
* Localised Sales Targeting - Work with Marketing to develop area-specific campaigns that drive demand in target postcodes. Help shape a geo-led growth plan that improves conversion and delivery efficiency simultaneously.
* Sales Strategy & Forecasting - Build and manage forecasting models for service revenue, team capacity, and seasonal trends. Set and monitor KPIs aligned with growth objectives.
* Operational Planning - Design scalable service schedules for the maintenance management team to deploy — ensuring each service line has the resource, tools, and coverage needed to meet demand.
* New Service Launches - Collaborate with the Innovation Team to test and roll out new services and subscription offerings. Evaluate P&Ls, staffing, and route implications before launch.
* Cross-Department Alignment - Be the connector between Sales, Operations, and Marketing—ensuring plans are integrated and everyone’s rowing in the same direction.
You Should Apply If You...
* Have 4+ years of experience in sales operations, route optimisation, service planning, or commercial strategy.
* Have worked in a service, delivery, logistics, or subscription-based business.
* Love solving spatial and operational puzzles to unlock commercial growth.
* Are fluent in numbers and metrics, but just as confident collaborating with people.
* Understand how marketing and sales strategies can be tailored by location.
* Want to be part of building something meaningful, sustainable, and scalable.
What We Offer
