We're seeking a talented UX Engineer to develop and maintain our Webflow-based website and collaborate with UX teams across our organization to develop and implement a cohesive design system. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design and development, ensuring a consistent user experience across all digital touchpoints.
Role Responsibilities
* Maintain and enhance our Webflow-based website, integrating our landing pages with our customer and partner journeys
* Work with UX teams to create and implement a company-wide design system
* Develop reusable UI components and patterns
* Ensure design consistency and best practices across digital products
* Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers
* Drive UX excellence and advocate for user-centered design principles
Requirements
* Proven experience in UX engineering with Webflow
* Strong skills in HTML, CSS and JavaScript/frameworks
* Experience creating and implementing design systems
* Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks and tools such as Vuejs
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to translate designs into high-quality code
