Our client in Bolton is looking to hire a Multi Skilled Operative to their team on a permanent basis. You will be working on domestic and void properties carrying out maintenance and refurbs.

Job Role
1. To be part of the clients property Maintenance team responsible for Joinery and Multi Skilled Maintenance projects or services undertaken.
2. To carry out domestic Maintenance duties to a high standard and within reasonable time frames.
3. Pre-inspect and diagnose selected repair requirements.
Requirements
1. NVQ Level 2 or above in a relevant trade such as Joinery/Plastering/Plumbing.
2. Multi trade ability.
3. Driving License.
