An opportunity has arisen for a permanent Receptionist/District Nurse Admin Assistant based at Biggart Hospital.
What you will do:
You will form part of the receptionist team at Elgin SAHSCP Headquarters (Biggart Hospital) and will be required to provide cover at Elgin, Ailsa Hospital during periods of leave and absence
Flexible and enthusiastic, you will provide a comprehensive clerical service for the Community Nurse South teams and a variety of administrative functions.Primary duties will mainly include transcribing and populating referrals and tasks on EMIS Web, live calls with colleagues, relatives and patients forwarding as appropriate, undertaking all reception/admin duties as per department service needs.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
Excellent communication skills and inter-personal skills are essential, as is the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
You should have relevant IT qualifications (ECDL) experience, keyboard skills and previous NHS experience is desirable for this post. Knowledge of TRAKCARE and EMIS Web are also desirable, although full training will be provided.

15 per week, working Monday and Tuesday 8.30am - 4.30pm.
