Job Title: HireHive Internship Location: Oxford, United Kingdom Remote Working: Flexible remote Responsibilities: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Support the HR team with administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and preparing HR documents. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving recruitment strategies and processes. Conduct research on industry trends and provide insights to help shape recruitment policies. Collaborate with various departments to understand their hiring needs and provide support in filling positions. Assist in the creation and management of recruitment marketing materials. Help organize and attend recruitment events, such as career fairs and networking sessions. Provide support in the onboarding process for new hires. Requirements: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology). Strong interest in recruitment and HR practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing is a plus. Previous experience in an HR or recruitment role is desirable but not required.
