Sales Support Administrator
Location: Horsforth
Salary: £30,000 per annum

A fantastic opportunity to join a successful, growing business who are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Support Administrator to provide full support to Account Managers and the Sales Team Leader.
Working within a busy sales department, you will be responsible for internal sales and supporting the Account Managers, whilst building strong business relationships. You’ll interact with customers on a daily basis and provide and process information in response to enquiries, concerns and requests in a timely manner.
Responsibilities include:
Make outbound calls to existing customers and conduct account analysis to review lapsed business
Assist with customer visits alongside Account Managers as needed
Handle inbound calls to the sales department, resolving queries and providing solutions
Manage incoming emails and ensure prompt responses
Ensure delivery deadlines are met and keep customers informed of any delays
Raise quotes and follow them through to completion
Collaborate with Account Managers to achieve set targets and KPIs
Build and maintain strong, credible business relationships with customers
Prepare weekly reports detailing customer interactions, opportunities, and quotes
Process new sales enquiries and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales administration.
Previous experience working in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Highly organised with a proactive approach.
A collaborative team player with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
Proficient in IT systems and software.
