Business Development Executive
Location: North Tyneside
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + uncapped commission (realistic year one £10k)
Job Description
My client area market leader in providing back office, compliance and workforce solutions. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an ambitious Business Development Executive to their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for the next step in their development. Working closely with the Head of Sales and Product team you will research, identify and engage new prospects. Building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to better understand their needs and our product fit.
Duties
1. Successfully promote and sell products.
2. Preparing and delivering strategic presentations to clients.
3. Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the functions of and enhancements to the company platform and other software suites.
4. Have consultative conversations about a range of products, understanding which would fit the client best.
5. Explore new ways to increase sales opportunities.
6. Attend conferences to promote company products.
7. Liaise with product managers to maintain a strong understanding of the product range.
8. Canvas for potential clients and generate own opportunities.
9. Assist team with delivery of marketing tasks/campaigns.
