The Role:
As a Senior Care Coordinator, you will be a key part of our leadership team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting our care team and clients. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Scheduling & Coordination - Managing care rotas, ensuring shifts are covered efficiently
2. Quality & Compliance - Ensuring services meet CQC standards and company policies
