A leading national charity is seeking an experienced Senior Impact Manager to join their dynamic team.

Location: Remote (occasional travel to Kent)
Salary: £45-55k per annum
Hours: 32-hours per week over 4 days
Contract Type: Permanent
About the Role:
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and implement a comprehensive Social Impact Strategy, driving meaningful change and ensuring measurable, transparent outcomes. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and refine impact measurement frameworks, manage data collection and analysis, and prepare comprehensive reports that highlight the social value of the charity's work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Social Impact Strategy: Develop and embed the Social Impact Strategy, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
* Impact Measurement: Implement robust impact measurement frameworks, manage data collection and analysis, and prepare comprehensive reports.
* Data Management: Champion best practices in data management, ensuring high standards of data integrity and quality.
* Environmental Impact: Collaborate on environmental impact reporting and support the journey to Net Zero.
* Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion: Integrate EDI data into impact measurement frameworks and support inclusive practices.
* Continuous Improvement: Adopt a continuous improvement and learning ethos, undertaking tasks and cross-team projects that support the charity's objectives.
About You:
* You have a strong understanding of charities and social enterprises, with strategic experience in social impact. You are well-versed in developing and implementing impact measurement frameworks and have a proven track record of managing data collection and analysis.
* You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
* You have a keen eye for detail and are highly analytical, capable of interpreting complex data and generating actionable insights.
* You are experienced in project management, adept at running multiple projects simultaneously, and skilled at managing competing priorities while balancing stakeholder interests.
* You are a self-starter who can work independently to deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timescales. You are process-driven, with a systematic approach to work, and possess a strong eye for detail.
* You are a collaborative team player who is committed to the success of the entire team and the organisation.
