Job Description
Wakefield Grammar School Foundation are seeking to appoint a HR Business Partner on afixed term contract to 31 August 2026.
The HR Business Partner will support the Foundation as it transitions to become one school with effect from September 2026.
The purpose of the role is to:
* provide operational HR support to managers to address people related issues
* manage certain key areas of HR activity such as Sickness Absence,Onboarding/Offboarding
* manage the delivery of HR projects
* work in partnership with Managers to build their people capability and developapproaches that achieve the Schools and the wider Foundations objectives
The post is offered on a fixed term basis, working 37.5 hours per week, full year.
