We are looking for a dynamic Senior National Account Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key customers. With your strong negotiation skills, experience in account management, and a strategic mindset, you will play an integral part in driving business growth.

How Will You Contribute
* Transforming Insight into actions:
o Generating and utilizing data-led insights to prioritise category, channel and customer opportunities and plans.
* Building effective growth strategies with customers:
o Through alignment to our category vision, implementing revenue growth management levers (pricing, trade terms, promotional investment, mix management, Pack Price Architecture) and a vision for the point of buying.
o Demonstrate the ability to think on a 12 month to 3 year time-frame.
* Planning and Executional Excellence:
o Through end-to-end management of the P&L, forecasting and monitoring of performance, and great execution of our plans at the point of buying (online and offline).
* Best in Class Customer Leadership:
o Through Selling and Influencing, Negotiating and Joint Business Planning.
o Able to set the framework for a proposition and work cross-functionally to build compelling insight-led stories and commercial propositions that differentiate Grenade with the customer and shopper.
o Can sell and negotiate effectively to deliver solutions and results that work for both parties.
o Able to translate customer needs and broader trends to identify growth opportunities and build aligned solutions for mutual benefit.
* Lead and motivate a team of Account Managers:
o Build relationships at Senior Buyer/Category Buying Manager level with key customers.
o Take a leadership role within the UK Sales Team.

* Proven experience in National Account Management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
