Lead Director of Fundraising & Communications for a national Children's Charity, driving growth and income through strategic planning, team management, and stakeholder engagement.
About the role:
* Lead, motivate and manage the Fundraising & Communications team
* Strategy Development & Implementation
* Actively lead on fundraising efforts, including submitting funding applications
* Proactively engage with key stakeholders, including donors, corporate partners, trustees and patrons, to build and maintain strong, long term relationships.
* Member of the Senior Leadership Team
About you:
* Dynamic, energetic individual with extensive multi-income stream experience and exceptional leadership and communication skills
* Ability to develop and inspire a dedicated and passionate team
* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
Key requirements:
* £65,000 per annum
* Flexible working hours
* 1-2 days in the office per week
