As Home Manager you will ensure delivery of a high-quality programme of care and support which promotes resident choice and control, whilst delivering personal care and promoting independence. Key responsibilities include Managing Quality & governance systems, Leadership & Management, Managing information, Managing Equality, Managing internal and external relationships and taking part in the on-call home level Rota. Candidate must be willing to become registered with the Care Inspectorate.
Have you?
3 years leadership experience in a values led organisation with responsibility for:
* Social care with Older People
* Contributing to people development and learning.
* Health and Safety
To apply you will need to already hold one of the following qualifications:
* SVQ Social Services and Healthcare SCQF Level 7. We would also consider applicants from a nursing background and/or NMC pin
* any practice award in the supervisor or manager category
* HNC in Social Services
