The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has become available to join our clients Site Services team as a coordinator. Within the Estates Management team you will contribute to ensuring the facilities are managed to the highest standards of safety and compliance. Contributing to a safe working environment for employees. Your duties and responsibilities will be Ensure planned maintenance is undertaken in a controlled, safe manner. Preparation and issuing permits to work, hot works, excavation, and confined space. Assist with the planning and execution of contractor work. Be reactive to breakdowns and to respond in a timely, safe manner. Always Ensure compliance with Health & Safety on the sites. Carry out appropriate risk assessments as required Deputise for the estate’s manager for holiday cover etc. Prepare suitable change controls. FM services for admin and R&T offices.You will have the following qualifications & experience Experience in Maintenance planning Ability to respond and react to breakdowns Exposure to working on a highly regulated site Knowledge of permit to work processes Facilities management experienceIt’s great if you also have the following Previous exposure to working on a Top Tier COMAH siteThe setting for the role Risks and Hazards are in line with working on a chemical site. These can include, chemical burns, trips and falls, overexertion,cuts and scrapes, chemical exposure, inhalation of chemicals and confined spaces. A full site induction will be provided and all safety requirements must be adhered to when entering the site.
