Position Summary Senior Analyst –Infrastructure Operations -Cisco DNA-C - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited Work you'll do You will be responsible to ensure that Cisco Digital Network Architecture Center (DNA-C) is always ready for the different support organizations. The health of DNA-C, proper monitoring of the devices and good health of the devices are critical aspects of an enterprise network. You will configure, install, upgrade, support, troubleshoot issues and administer DNA-C. The position requires existing knowledge and experience combined with demonstrated excellence in taking ownership of problems, leading technical discussions, transferring knowledge and innovation. Guarantee that DNA-C is in good health. Perform upgrades when necessary. Solve any issues, open TAC cases and follow-up. Automate software upgrades, enable staging & deployment of new devices. Integrate with other tools, systems, or platforms if necessary. Discovering an existing network using DNAC. Monitor the network, client health dashboards and overall operational status of network devices. Take appropriate actions to have all devices in a good health (all devices should have a score of at least 9). Certify all the devices are correctly monitored. Gain visibility into the status of end-user devices and drill down for details and to investigate issues. Be the evangelist of DNA-C and promote its capabilities to team members. Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions. Responsible for analyzing and escalating the incidents and problems, as necessary to the Management. Raising incident or problem tickets with Vendor for necessary assistance, troubleshooting and Coordination. Participate in Change Management, by analyzing the Risk and Impact to Business. Conduct regular preventive maintenance of the system Data Analytics: Collect and interpret data. Identify patterns and trends in data sets. Generate reports (including ad hoc reports), charts and visual presentations. Present data to team member and senior management. Cooperate with the teams and management to understand their needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, deliver actionable insights and build relationships. System Health Monitoring: Monitor and analyze DNA-C performance, resource utilization, and capacity planning to identify potential bottlenecks, issues, and areas of improvement. Perform root cause analysis for system outages, failures, or degraded performance and collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions. Monitor system security and compliance, including access controls, vulnerability scanning, and audit logs. Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance the DNA-C infrastructure, tools, and processes to optimize efficiency, scalability, and accuracy. Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends related to systems and tools monitoring. Conduct regular preventive maintenance of the system. Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Years of Experience: 4-6 Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of systems and networking concepts, including operating systems, databases, web servers, and network protocols. Advanced skillset in Cisco Digital network Architecture (DNA) Center installs and Configuration Experience in tools including Cisco Wireless Controllers, ISE, Meraki, Prime and SolarWinds. Experience with enterprise wireless. Cisco Wireless Controllers and Access Point, 802.11n, 802.11ac, 802.11ax,, etc. Experience in Cisco Enterprise Networking (Routing & Switching). Good understanding of dynamic routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) and the concepts of IPv6, Multicast, STP, VPC & TCP/IP, MPLS, VPLS, DNS, DHCP, AD, Cloud, Internet, MPLS, VPLS, E-LAN Knowledge of Cloud Network & Security concepts. Excellent communication skills and vendor management skills Proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering high-quality results. Good experience in functional testing, integration testing, automation, compliance.
