Role: IT Support Analyst (1st & 2nd Line Support, IT & Applications) Location: Leicester (4-5 days a week) Rate: £200pd-£300pd (Inside IR35) Duration: 6-month initial term We are looking for an IT Support Analyst (contract) to work with our £multi-billion turnover client based in Leicester, supporting their 1st & 2nd Line Applications Support team. The ideal candidate for this will have experience supporting Business Applications in large (1000 users), complex businesses. However, the core focus here is an excellent communicator with strong core 1st/2nd Line IT Support/Service Desk skills who can support the IT Service team whilst the business goes through a significant period of change and growth. Requirements: Strong 1st / 2nd Line IT Support experience, in a large business with mature IT Service processes. Exceptional communication skills. Experience supporting Business Applications, such as ERP, CRM, Finance systems etc. Happy working onsite, just north of Leicester, 4-5 days per week. Able to start before the end of January. Experience supporting Microsoft technologies would be an advantage. The contract is onsite 4-5 days a week at their office just north of Leicester. This is an urgent requirement; it is essential that the successful candidate is able to start before the end of January.
