In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in crafting and implementing our digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive quality leads. You'll work hand-in-hand with various departments to ensure our marketing initiatives align with our business objectives and resonate with our diverse clientele.

Compensation: £34,000 – £36,300
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00. Hybrid working would be considered after completing probation
What will you do?
* Create and manage engaging content for our website and social media channels.
* Assist in the execution of captivating online marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, PPC, and email marketing, to enhance our brand’s visibility.
* Track and evaluate online performance metrics, refining strategies to boost engagement and conversion rates.
* Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and the sales team to develop marketing materials that embody our brand identity.
* Conduct in-depth market research to uncover trends and insights that shape our digital marketing strategies.
* Oversee our everyday social media activities and engage with our online community to encourage interaction.
* Assist in the planning, execution, and management of email marketing campaigns, including special promotions, and blog posts.
* Stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
* Suggest innovative ideas for ongoing improvements and creative marketing initiatives.
Requirements
o Demonstrated expertise in a digital marketing position, preferably within a B2B context.
o A degree or qualification (CIM) in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline is highly regarded.
o In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles, tools, techniques, and social media marketing.
o Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and various social media advertising platforms.
o Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities with a sharp attention to detail.
o Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
o Able to thrive in a collaborative team environment while managing multiple projects concurrently.
o A creative thinker with a genuine enthusiasm for marketing and keeping pace with digital trends.
o Experience with marketing automation tools will be considered an asset.
