About the Role:
Supervising classes in the absence of a teacher
Delivering pre-planned lessons across various subjects
Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
Supporting students to stay engaged with their work
Gaining valuable experience in education - ideal for aspiring teachers!
What We're Looking For:
✔ Previous experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, coaching, youth work, mentoring)
✔ Strong communication and classroom management skills
✔ A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to different school settings
✔ A degree or relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential
✔ An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
