Your Role as an SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
In this rewarding role, you’ll:
Prepare and deliver engaging learning materials and activities to enhance pupil engagement.
Provide hands-on support and supervision to ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
Encourage pupils to connect with the world around them and foster their personal development.
Adapt to a variety of roles in the classroom, both indoors and outdoors, based on individual needs.
Lead outdoor explorations and activities, prioritising safety and enjoyment.
Assist classroom teachers in delivering creative lessons and maintaining an organised learning space.
