Salary: Grade 4 SCP 6-11 (£25,183- £27,269) Pro Rata
Hours: Flexible, 10 Hours per week, 39 weeks per year
Are you a proactive and organised individual with a passion for maintaining safe and welcoming environments? Ysgol Hamadryad is seeking a Part-Time Estates Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of our school grounds and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the maintenance of school buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Coordinating contractors and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Managing site security, cleaning, and minor repairs.
• Conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.
• Supporting the school’s operational needs, including events and emergencies.
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in estates or facilities management (preferred).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• A positive, hands-on attitude and the ability to work flexibly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
