Job summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Resourcing Advisor to join our close-knit team at Kent and Canterbury Hospital. You will play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless recruitment experience, collaborating closely with managers and candidates to ensure a successful outcome from start to finish. Main duties of the job As a Resourcing Advisor, you'll provide invaluable support to managers across various departments. Your responsibilities will include: Acting as a trusted advisor on recruitment matters, offering guidance on processes, best practices, and employment law. Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from advertising vacancies to issuing contracts of employment. Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and tailor the recruitment process accordingly. Providing exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates. Ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation and Trust policies. Contributing to innovative ideas and suggestions to enhance the recruitment process.
