Conduct pre-registration calls with candidates, assessing their skills, experience and qualifications. Manage the end-to-end compliance process for education staff registering with Monarch Education. Support candidates with submitting their compliance documents in a timely manner to ensure their files are cleared and they able to work for Monarch Education. Work closely with the Recruitment Consultants at Monarch Education to ensure you are resourcing for roles and progressing compliance files on candidates. Work towards KPIs including pre-registration calls and candidate clearance. What you will need to succeed: Essential: To have strong time management, relationship building and organisational skills. To be confident liaising with customers over the phone. To be a strong team player. To be goal and target orientated with excellent communication. To have experience within customer facing roles. Desirable: To have worked as a Candidate Care Consultant or Compliance Officer previously within Recruitment.
