About the role Are you a highly organised and proactive individual with a passion for delivering exceptional administrative support? We are seeking an Office Administration Assistant to join our Operations team in London. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our office, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, supporting staff with a variety of administrative tasks, and collaborating with our global offices. Based in our modern, custom-designed workspace, close to Highbury & Islington and Holloway Road tube stations you’ll help create an efficient and welcoming environment for all. ClientEarth is an international environmental legal organisation with a unique approach – a team of lawyers and policy experts using the power of the law to protect people and planet. Our London office currently comprises of approximately 140 staff. Meet your Manager In this role, you will be managed by Edward Polley, our London Operations Manager, who joined ClientEarth in December 2022. Prior to joining ClientEarth, Edward worked for a number of not-for-profit organisations and a health and safety consultancy. As the Operations Manager, Edward is responsible for the smooth running of the London office, including coordination between local business services (admin, finance, IT) as well as health and safety, security, and maintenance. Main Duties Be the first point of contact for visitors Manage meeting rooms, office supplies, and health and safety processes Support global operations with administrative tasks, including document preparation and event organisation Ensure the office is presentable and well-maintained Assist teams in London in organising catering and events in the office See the job description (below) for a full list of duties for this role.
