Role Overview
Our leading precision manufacturing client who works in the aerospace and automotive industries is looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join their team at their West Midlands facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall maintenance of site equipment used to manufacture bespoke components.

Key Responsibilities
* Service and repair plant and equipment used in the manufacturing of components for automotive and aerospace industries.
* Conduct general maintenance throughout the site.
* Ensure all maintenance work adheres to safety regulations and safe working practices.
* Respond promptly and effectively to equipment breakdowns, diagnosing and resolving issues.
* Manage both reactive and proactive maintenance tasks, ensuring timely and safe repairs.
* Work independently or as part of a multi-skilled team, supporting both traditional and advanced equipment.
* Utilize hands-on experience with industrial drives, control systems, and robotic equipment.
Key Experience
* Apprentice Trained or equivalent in an engineering related discipline.
* Proven experience in an electrical maintenance position.
* Strong desire to improve site efficiency.
* Capability to resolve problems across various onsite working areas.
* Demonstrated flexibility in approach and skillset.
